Yes. It’s that old, overused metaphor. You read me like a book. You always know exactly what to say to me to get the effect you desire. Your words are like a surgeons knife, probing at specific parts of my brain to get a reaction. You know me so well. It’s scary. You had an idea of me when we first started, clutching a general template of a girl like me. Over time, you have created a masterpiece, something to be looked at in awe. You have painted my mind onto your own personal canvas much more beautifully than I could ever have managed. You understand the tiny intricacies and the hidden pieces of the puzzle that I have yet to uncover. You have watched, listened and taken note. You manage to drive me so very crazy because you constantly pay attention when I speak to you, inadvertently giving you hours and hours of lectures on my personal psychology. 

So go ahead oh scholar of mine. It’s time for another lesson.
